Our specialists work with a wide range of concerns, including:
emotional burnout, low mood, and depression;
emotional instability, anxiety, and ongoing stress;

Psychological testing is conducted upon request or following a referral from a physician (psychiatrist, neurologist, or addiction specialist). The results are compiled into a report with recommendations that help determine the most effective course of treatment.
Psychological assessment helps evaluate: – emotional well-being; – cognitive functions (memory, attention, and thinking); – personality traits and patterns of interpersonal interaction.
Psychiatric care at "MentalPro" is based on evidence-based medicine and respect for the individual. Our specialists diagnose, consult, and, when necessary, select appropriate medication treatment, explaining each step and its possible effects.
The work of a psychiatrist is aimed not only at reducing symptoms, but also at restoring quality of life.
"MentalPro" provides consultations for: – anxiety and depressive disorders; – panic attacks; – sleep and concentration difficulties; – emotional instability and burnout.

Creative therapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that uses artistic and expressive methods within the psychotherapeutic process.
It provides a safe way to explore inner experiences, express emotions, and discover new paths to self-understanding through art, movement, and role-based interaction.
Creative therapy includes various methods:
Art Therapy – working with visual images, colours, shapes, and symbols;
Drama Therapy – using elements of drama, improvisation, and metaphor to increase awareness of personal experiences and inner conflicts.
This form of therapy is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing emotional withdrawal, heightened anxiety, professional and emotional burnout, difficulties with self-expression, and low self-esteem.
